Jonah is One Whole Hand!

The sweet little boy that made me a mommy is turning 5!!!    He is becoming the most handsome little gentleman.  He is always willing to help out and is the first to want to cuddle.  He really enjoys listening to me read chapter books. Once I sit down to start a book I have to be willing to stay until the end.  Not sure why they bothered putting chapter breaks because we don't use them.  :D  He has more energy than all of us put together.  He loves sports and moving 24/7.  His favorites are riding his bike, soccer, basketball, and trying to beat his times running.  It breaks my heart that he doesn't want to be "cute" anymore, but he wants his hair to spike up and be "cool".  He has started to take his blanket and teddy to bed out of nostalgia more than actually needing them.  He is able to make some simple meals like cereal, pb&j, and microwave veggies.  Jonah is super smart, always asking questions and figuring things out.  He remembers everything!  God is going to use him to do big things.  He has a hunger for learning about God and His word.  Being his mom is such a blessing!

What do you want to be when you grow up? Summer camp counselor, firefighter, and construction site worker
