Huck and Eli amaze me all the time. I think part of it is that I get to watch them grow, learn, and explore individually, but I also get to watch their relationship as twins strengthen. I mean, who else but your twin would give up movie time to sit in time-out with you? (Also, what mom is not going to let the offender out so that the innocent one can still enjoy the movie?)
Huck is becoming more and more boy. He enjoys riding bikes, exercising, riding his scooter, and playing games outside. He also enjoys playing board games and working on building projects. I often find him wanting to cook with me. He cherishes his time one on one. He is our peacemaker and so very generous. Does he really want to play tea party? Probably not, but he will just to make Sister happy. Huck loves to learn and is picking up so much in school.
Eli is getting quite talented with drawing. He can take something I have drawn and add just a little something to make it ten times better. He notices every little detail when it comes to his art. He keeps his art sets in rainbow order and takes great care with them. Eli seems to grasp details even when I think he is in Eli World. He loves to wear the same favorite clothes every time they are clean. He has dance moves like no other (except maybe his dad) and can be so silly!
